These terms cover use of the Osteon website operated by GOLDEN DANSKE DENT SRL under the Urban-Dent brand. Our registered identifiers are listed on the company details page.

Information and enquiries

The website introduces the available care pathways. Its content does not replace an individual clinical assessment. A general enquiry is free and does not create an appointment. For a €10 consultation, you provide your details, choose email or WhatsApp for follow-up, and complete secure checkout. After payment is confirmed, we email you the next steps and Team Osteon contacts you by your chosen method to start a one-to-one conversation about your goals and options. It is not a timed appointment or a reserved time slot, and payment does not establish treatment suitability. If you decide to pursue treatment, Team Osteon can continue discussing the next steps with you.

Prices and payments

The one-to-one consultation costs €10 before any applicable promotion code. Its checkout shows the amount due before you confirm payment. The advertised Bimax + Genioplasty package price starts from €14,000. Prices marked “Starting from” indicate a starting price; prices marked “per tooth” or “per arch” apply to that unit. Your suitability, treatment scope, included services and any additional costs will be set out in an individual proposal before you agree to care.

The consultation includes a projected face morph to help you visualise a possible result. It is an illustrative guide, not a prediction or guarantee of the final outcome. The treatment plan and likely results require a separate clinical assessment.

Sending a general enquiry does not create a paid consultation or subscription. Osteon membership is not yet available. Telephone details are shared after consultation payment is confirmed.

Clinical care

Treatment suitability, the care provider, scope of care and the individual treatment plan need to be established separately with the clinical team.

Before-and-after photographs show individual cases. Outcomes vary and the images do not guarantee a particular result. The website and enquiry forms are not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if you need urgent help.

Patient rights and applicable rules

Care in Romania is subject to Romanian law and applicable EU requirements. Patients benefit from the protections applicable to their care, including information about treatment, informed consent and protection of personal data. Our privacy notice explains your data protection rights.

EU cross-border healthcare rules may give eligible patients rights to planned care in another EU country and reimbursement, subject to national procedures, coverage limits and any required prior authorisation. Booking through Osteon does not establish eligibility or guarantee reimbursement. Check with your insurer or national contact point before arranging treatment. Using the website

Please provide accurate contact information and submit information only for yourself or someone you are authorised to represent. Do not send unlawful material, interfere with the website or attempt to access private staff accounts. Website photographs, branding and written content may not be reused without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
