MARPE + Maxillary Protraction Therapy

A comprehensive treatment combining Miniscrew-Assisted Rapid Palatal Expansion (MARPE) with maxillary protraction to address transverse and anteroposterior maxillary deficiencies.

Double Expansion (SARPE+MSDO)

A treatment which combines palatal expansion (SARPE) with lower jaw expansion (MSDO). Both procedures are planned alongside orthodontic care to widen the upper and lower dental arches.

Sagittal Maxillary Distraction Osteogenesis

Starting from €7,000

A maxillary osteotomy is performed, and a distraction device gradually advances the maxilla forward. The controlled separation stimulates new bone formation in the distraction gap, producing anteroposterior advancement of the maxilla and correcting maxillary retrusion.

Where is MSDO?

MSDO is part of the Double Expansion (SARPE+MSDO) package.

What is the difference between custom PEEK implants and titanium?

Titanium hardware is the gold standard for skeletal fixation during jaw repositioning. Custom PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) implants are biocompatible, 3D-milled structures tailored specifically to your anatomy for custom contouring and volume where natural bone structure requires augmentation.

How long do I need to stay in Iași for surgery?

Patients typically stay in Iași for 7 to 9 days. This includes pre-operative planning and final records, 1 to 2 nights in the hospital suite, and several days of monitored recovery before a post-operative clinical review and fit-to-fly clearance.

How do I ask about follow-up care after returning home?

Contact Team Osteon to discuss follow-up appointments and questions about your treatment plan. The team can explain the next steps for your individual case.

What is covered in the €40 consultation?

After booking, you'll send us your photos and any existing dental scans (OPG/CBCT), along with your goals. We'll review them and discuss which surgical and orthodontic options could suit you. Once we've agreed on a plan, we'll create a projected face morph. If you're happy to move forward, we'll help coordinate your preparation and arrival in Iași. The morph is a visual guide, not a guarantee of the final outcome.
